Today is my birthday and in order to celebrate, I’m sharing my one word goal for 2012 with all of you. This was a wonderful project put on by Lara aka “Ellie G” at Less Cake More Frosting and I was inspired by all of the lovely bloggers she had participate. If you haven’t checked out the series yet, you really should.

I knew I wanted a word to define my upcoming year, but debated for a long time what I wanted that ONE word to be. I finally chose:

Action! It really encompasses what I want this year to be about. While last year was full of ups and downs outside of my control, this year will be all about taking everything I learned over the last year or two and putting it to work. No more sitting on the sidelines in any aspect of my life. I’m ready to play!

ready…set…action!
