I’m about to let you in on a secret…this month’s challenge has been a failure so far. I have been so busy that I’ve hardly taken any time to just stop and sit still. A total cop out, I know, and I am not letting myself of the hook. Instead, I am going to realize that I was a little burnt out after the daily tasks of February’s 30 for 30 challenge and am moving forward from now until the end of the month.
So, here’s the plan:
I am hopeful this challenge will help me feel more centered, calm, and energized all at the same time. I’ll be sure to provide an update every 3-4 days to help me stay on track and mark my progress.
