This week was pretty good. I actually had to travel to Dallas and did not realize how tired it would make me. It took a day or two longer to recover than I expected so it was a fairly lazy weekend. It’s a good reminder that I need to listen to my body more and probably stay better hydrated.
However, I am really looking forward to this week. We have two appointments scheduled. One is our monthly check-in with the doctor and the other is our 20-week ultrasound. I am so excited it’s going to be difficult to concentrate this week!
I’d love to hear what you think we’re having in the comments. Do you think I’m carrying high or low? Boy or Girl?
If you can’t read the board, here are the stats:
Age: 19 weeks
Height: 6.0 in.
Weight: 8.5 oz.
Notes: Baby is starting to dream (the picture is a dream bubble with zzzz’s in it)
How far along? 19 weeks
Total weight gain? 16 pounds
Maternity clothes? I can still get away with long non-maternity tops, but pants are getting more difficult. Still rocking the jeggings though.
Sleep? Okay. 50/50 on getting up in the middle of the night to use the restroom. I do find I am tossing and turning more.
Miss anything? Sleeping on my stomach.
Movement? More and more everyday. Still not strong enough for Brett to feel though. Although, I think the timing has just been off.
Cravings? Not really anymore. Hummus with pita chips was really yummy this week. So I guess I might say salty still.
Gender: Unknown. But we’ll find out at our 20-week ultrasound on Friday and come up with a fun way to share it with all of you.
Labor signs? Good heavens, no.
Wedding ring on or off? On.
Looking forward to: Seeing the baby this week! I hope we get some good images to share.
