Yesterday was my birthday and being the crazy nesting momma to be that I am, instead of going out for a nice dinner or taking it easy, I asked my husband to help build closet organizers in our walk-in closet. Yep…it was a bit crazy. And it totally wore me out.
I’m still adjusting to having to take it slower, but am getting better. Unfortunately, we did not complete the project and will be wrapping things up this week. But, the progress looks great and our new closet is going to be awesome.
Stay tuned for a future Here’s a DIY post about it.
Meanwhile, my bump just keeps on growing…
If you can’t read the board, here are the stats:
Age: 22 weeks
Height: 11 in.
Weight: 1 lb.
Notes: Baby has developed her sense of touch (With a drawing of a baby hand print)
How far along? 22 weeks
Total weight gain? 19 pounds
Maternity clothes? Yep. I was able to add more clothes to my wardrobe last week thanks to shopping with a friend and a few loaned items from others. I actually wore my first maternity tops this week.
Sleep? Off and on this week.
Miss anything? Being as independent as I’m accustomed to being. It can be very hard for me to ask for help.
Movement? Yep! There have even been a few belly moving kicks.
Cravings? Not really.
Aversions? Not yet.
Labor signs? Nope.
Wedding ring on or off? On.
Looking forward to: Still looking forward to getting our room completely set up. Planning to buy the crib this week and finish organizing our closet so we’ll have room for baby’s things too.
