Welcome to week 23! I can hardly believe how fast time is flying. Less than 4 months to go…

It’s been a great week, but I am quickly realizing that I need to get my booty in gear in order to get everything ready for our little girl’s arrival. Plus, it will be better to try to get as much done while in my second trimester – or as we have started to refer to it in prenatal yoga, the “honeymoon phase”.

Week 23 Baby Bump

If you can’t read the board, here are the stats:

Age: 23 weeks
Sex: Girl
Height: 11.5 in.
Weight: 1.1 lb.
Notes: Baby can feel when we dance (picture of a us, as stick figures, slow dancing complete with baby bump)

How far along? 23 weeks
Total weight gain? 21 pounds
Maternity clothes? Yep. Some maternity tops are still a bit big, but pants are a must. I have to wear tights this week and am so thankful I found some maternity ones. :)
Sleep? Really good this week. Maybe that’s because we went to bed kind of late a few nights this week.
Miss anything? Easily bending over. It’s becoming more difficult to tie my shoes. :(
Movement? Yep! She’s getting stronger everyday.
Cravings? I’m starting to like something sweet after every meal.
Aversions? Not yet.
Gender: Girl
Labor signs? Nope.
Wedding ring on or off? On.
Looking forward to: Getting the crib that we ordered last week and finishing the baby registry. Why are there so many options and items to buy for baby?!?!
