90 Day Happy Curated Life Bootcamp

If you are sick and tired of having a messy house, constantly being stressed out, feeling like there has to be more to life, then you’ve come to the right place.

I know how all of that feels.

I struggled with owning too much stuff, taking a corporate job that was a terrible fit (and thus I hated), not having enough energy to make it through the day and being too tired to play with my daughter, and sometimes wondering what the point of it all was anyway.

There would be some periods where I would make some positive changes, but a stressful week at work or my daughter getting sick and throwing off the schedule would wipe out the progress and I would be back to square one and down in the dumps.

It was awful.

I knew that life was not meant to be lived that way so I set out to make changes – changes that would transform my life forever and help me become the person, wife, and mom I wanted, so desperately, to be. I finally realized the only person standing in my way was myself.

In the FREE 90-Day Happy Curated Life Bootcamp, I realized that this change was a process. There was a step-by-step plan that could work if I just followed the steps. Before I had tried to do everything at once and that always failed miserably. But, once I starting to build the right foundation, the positive changes began to stick regardless of what kind of week I had.

It was amazing!

Here’s an example:

You want to start your day off less stressed by getting out the door on time without yelling, right?

So you try laying out clothes for you and the kids at the beginning of the week. You buy enough groceries to pack lunches for the week (as you were also hoping to save some money), and you set up a station for backpacks and keys right by the door.

The first two days are great. You’re out the door on time, have a healthy lunch packed, and even have a smile on your face. But, then you get stuck working late, your child forgot something so you had to make a separate trip home, and you were so tired you forgot to hang up your keys on the hook by the door that evening.

Life gets in the way and the next thing you know, you’re 10 minute late out the door the next morning because you had to look for your keys. You’re right back to sky-high stress levels and yelling to get everyone in the car.

Sound familiar? If so, don’t beat yourself up. 

But, you see, you don’t just need to declutter and organize your house. 

You need more!

Don’t get me wrong, owning less stuff is important (and totally covered in the free 90-Day Curated Life Bootcamp), but you also need to learn how to carefully select the things that will bring the most value into your life so that you can live the life of your dreams.

And let’s just be clear here…by value I am not talking money, but money does seem to flow better when the rest of your life is also in line.

You need to know to curate your stuff. That includes:

  • decluttering and owning only things you like
  • determining your personal (and family style)
  • having a wardrobe you love so getting dressed is fun everyday
  • knowing that your love for your child is not tied to the number of toys they have

You need to know how to curate your time. That means:

  • being able to set up a schedule that works for your family
  • knowing what chores are most important and those you can stop doing
  • how to create a family fun bucket list so you can stop resorting to movie night
  • how to manage your time to get more done

You need to know how to curate your being. This allows you to:

  • live with a positive mindset
  • feed your family health foods they’ll enjoy
  • take care of your body to stay healthy
  • tap into your inner strength

If you don’t master the foundation skills in an order that makes sense, then you’ll end up right back in that stressed out state and yelling at your loved ones.

As soon as I made that connection, I started to see real change. I am still seeing positive changes everyday.

And that’s what I want for you!

I’m not going to lie and say my life is perfect now. As humans, I think it is in our nature to always want to progress more. But, I am getting better all the time and I am a far cry away from that woman, crying on my lunch break, wondering what the meaning of it all was anyway.

  • I have learned to let a lot of my baggage go
  • My family has traveled Europe for the past year (with only 1 large suitcase and 3 backpacks)
  • We paid off over $40k in debt and will return home with more money in the bank than we left with
  • I figured out the simple routines to support a positive lifestyle
  • I learned how to meal plan with fewer ingredients so I can shop faster and save money
  • I have stopped yelling (almost completely)

Now I am on a mission to help others that feel hopeless to make the life changes they so desperately want to make.

Let me take this minute to remind you in case you have forgotten…

Your situation is not hopeless.

This is just the messy middle part of your journey. It’s not the end of your story and it does not have to end this way. You have the power to write the ending to be whatever you want it to be.
